About Us
The Family Agency was set up after I became a mother, moving to a family-orientated area and discovering the pitfalls of finding suitable childcare. I saw there was a need for a caring, honest Agency, which could not only provide trustworthy staff, but also nurtured relationships and offered genuine support, both during the recruitment process and once a candidate was in place. Since setting up the Agency, I have remained friends with many of my clients and they still call me for advice and guidance 4 years on.
Born in Venezuela to English parents and following a wonderful childhood, moved to New York, before eventually settling in London. She is married, the mother of two energetic girls and enjoys balancing London life with muddy walks on Wimbledon Common with her family and dog. She is passionate about animal welfare and is dedicated to a number of charities both in the UK and internationally.

I have worked in the family office sector for over 20 years, recruiting private staff for households in the UK and abroad. In fact, she spent more than ten years working for a prominent Royal Middle Eastern family office recruiting and managing hundreds of members of staff in London, Europe and Dubai. This means she is ideally placed to help you recruit and manage experienced, reliable and loving staff for your family.
